The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance Ms Aminah Zawedde while addressing IT officers recently said there is a need to build a globally IT workforce.
The Permanent Secretary emphasized the need to build a globally competitive IT workforce that is agile, certified, and ready to lead Uganda’s digital future.
She also encouraged IT officers to continuously upskill and deepen their understanding of institutional processes to effectively drive digital transformation across government in this digital era.
