The management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) would like to inform its dear Valued Customers and Stakeholders that Water production at Entebbe Water Treatment Plant has been successfully restored.
After more than 30 hours of non-stop dedicated work, our joint task force of specialist engineers and technicians has successfully installed new raw water pumps.

Key Improvements:
1. Raw water abstraction capacity upgraded from 1,380 m³/hr to 1,570 m³/hr (with one pump running)
2. Ultimate capacity will reach 2,000 m³/hr once both pumps operate (after planned upgrades to clarification and filtration stages).

This upgrade will significantly improve water availability, especially in water-stressed zones across the Entebbe area.
Heartfelt Appreciation.
We sincerely thank our committed team of engineers and technicians who worked tirelessly around the clock — braving cold nights and hot days — to restore your water supply.

Water supply will normalise progressively across the area in the coming hours.
We deeply apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.
