Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) CEO Ms Juliana Kagwa has said there is a lot of potential in the tourism sector than never before. She has urged local and intentional investors that time is now to start investment opportunities in the tourism sector.
“The message i have for investors, exhibitors and anybody in the infant stages of tourism is to start now because the future is brighter than you can imagine. The government of Uganda is investing disproportionately behind tourism, foreign investors are coming in each day, new hotels have come up in our skyline like Marriott and Hilton and many others in the National Parks across the country. We have International Chain One Nature opening this year so the time to invest in the sector is now. So guys get on the ground floor,” Juliana Kagwa said.
