Pictorial: How it went down at Minister Molly Kamukama’s Thanksgiving
The State Minister for Economic Monitoring in the Office of the President, Hon. Molly Nuwe Kamukama threw a mega thanksgiving in her home district Kazo to celebrate life and her ministerial post.
The minister who also set to contest for Kazo Woman MP seat come 2021 said she honored to host such a function and thank God for the achievements.
“I would love to thank everyone who joined me in giving thanks to the Lord for thus far he has brought me over the years. I especially thank Rt. Hon Rebecca Kadaga for having graced the function as Guest of Honor. My service to Uganda continues, God being my helper,” Molly tweeted after the function.
The guest of honor Rt. Hon. Speaker of Parliament Hon. Rebecca Kadaga urged young people to draw inspiration from Hon. Molly Kamukama. She thanked President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for elevating her into the cabinet.
“In Kazo District for the Thanksgiving of Hon. Molly Kamukama, the Minister of State for Economic Monitoring. I urge young people to draw inspiration from Ms Kamukama’s story. I thank the President for elevating the then Principal Private Secretary to the President, to Cabinet,” Rebecca Kadaga tweeted.
Hundreds of people joined her and pledged to support her in the coming elections.
