Receiving the awards at the NWSC head office, Dr. Silver Mugisha said that the awards exhibit a continuous vote of confidence from the utility customers, stakeholders and members of the public who recognize the corporation’s tireless efforts towards service delivery.
“Awards don’t automatically qualify us as the best. However, when we are recognized, we are motivated to implore new ways of serving our customers better. The board, management and staff are working on various avenues to better the NWSC customer experience.
Dr. Silver attributed the corporation’s success to the support from the Government of Uganda and the NWSC workforce who are committed to excellent customer service and water and sewerage services for all.
