Tycoon Sulaiman Kabangala Mbuga has started from where he left after winning case against fraud.
Weeks after returning from prison, tycoon popularly known as SK Mbuga has resumed his business and is these days seen with business associates.
He was also spotted at KCCA physical planning section trying to secure approved plans for some of his new buildings.
“I’m not a fool, but I pretend to be a fool , in order to fool the fool. And just when the fool thinks I’m a fool, I will expose the fool and show him he is the fool. No time to waste,” SK Mbuga said.
