National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) yesterday hosted stakeholders and customers at an event dubbed NWSC Water Baraza under the theme Accelerating Water and Sanitation Service Delivery.
The water gave accountability to its dear customers and stakeholders at the NWSC Water Baraza with the theme: Accelerating Water and Sanitation Service Delivery.
The Baraza started with tours of NWSC installations and various ongoing projects.
Panel Session was moderated by Andrew Mwenda where customers asked questions and gave feedback to the Minister of State for water Hon Kibuule Ronald, NWSC MD Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha, NWSC top management and staff. Feedback from NWSC customers helps the water body to improve and do better.
NWSC top management provided accountability to their customers during the NWSC Water Baraza at the International resource center last evening.
After Baraza, NWSC hosted its customers and stakeholders to a dinner. “Dear customers, we appreciate the feedback received last evening and we promise to do better. Feedback helps us to improve and serve you better,” Sheba Bamwine of NWSC said.
