The newly elected Kira Municipality MP, Hon. George Musisi, yesterday took the oath of office to represent Kira Municipality in the 12th Parliament. After his oath, he said he was grateful to the people of Kira Municipality for trusting with the mandate to serve them.
He also said he is grateful to his NUP party President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine as well as the NUP party as a whole. He promised to deliver to his expectations to the people of Kira Municipality and the entire country. He thanked the Almighty God for the opportunity of leadership.
“This afternoon I was duly sworn in as Member of Parliament for Kira Municipality in the 12th Parliament. Very grateful to the people of Kira, My President HE Bobi Wine and party NUP party and more importantly Almighty God. May the struggle for a free Uganda continue,” Hon. George Musisi said yesterday after swearing in.
