Kampala: Brookside Limited has rewarded the second batch ofwinners of its ongoing ‘#EveryFruitCounts’ Facebook promotion running in collaboration with the popular foodies Facebook page – ‘My Food Network’.
The promotion which was launched in early September is aimed at encouraging people to consume Brookside Fruit Yoghurt as a healthy and nutritious food containing real fruits. The Brookside Fruit Yoghurt comes in four flavours: Pear Caramel, Lemon biscuits, Strawberry and Vanilla and is packaged in 100gm, 150gm, 250gm and 450gm cups only.
Speaking during the handover of Brookside Fruit Yoghurt goodies held yesterday at The Gardens Najjera, Marketing Manager – Brookside Limited, Vincent Omoth said, ‘Brookside Fruit Yoghurt contains real fruit and does not have preservatives or artificial additives. The yoghurt is nutritious and healthy, rich in nutrients including Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, Calcium and Potassium among others.’
This #Everyfruitcounts social media promotion in collaboration with My Food Network gives consumers, especially food enthusiasts the leeway to consume Brookside Fruit Yoghurt in any innovative way they wish. Through the participation, some are consuming the Brookside fruit yoghurt as a snack, breakfast, lunch or a merger into their already prepared meals among others.
This week’s winners, included: Tany Bakes, Ciolla Nakabiri, Richard Obonyo and Tambiti, who each received a basket full of Brookside Fruit yoghurt.
