2026 Updates: Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda praised for her endless support to the Muslim community in Mbarara

Mbarara City Woman MP seat hopeful Ms Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda has been lauded for her neutral politics and for her endless support to the Muslim community in Mbarara. This was during the annual Mbarara Qadh Run yesterday in which she participated alongside her team of supporters.

Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda who is set to contest for Mbarara City Woman MP seat come 2026 was also praised for not being in the politics of division. She pledged to continue supporting every activity in the city. She has also promised to restore the lost glory of Mbarara City once she is given the mandate in 2026.

Being a well connected businesswoman, Ms Kibaaju Charity wants to attract investors in Mbarara to set up industries thereby creating employment opportunities for the youth in the area. She also wants to lobby from the government for the improved service delivery in the area.
