2026: NUP’s George Musisi traverses Kirinya for support

Senior Counsel Mr. George Musisi is taking things seriously for Kira Municipality MP seat come 2026. Ahead of the battle for the hot seat, Musisi spent the weekend in Kito A Kirinya and the surrounding areas mobilisation the locals for support.

He is expected to contest against Hon. Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda and others for the Kira Municipality MP seat. Sources say the National Unity Platform (NUP) hierarchy has decided to front Musisi as their candidate for the seat.

He has promised effective and accountable leadership with top notch service delivery in Kira Municipality.
