Politician and humanitarian Hajjat Hanifah Karadi has sent a special congratulatory message to all winners of Women Local Councils in Kawempe North and promised to support their grassroots work in the area.
Speaking after the elections, Hon. Karadi told the winners that women of Kawempe have entrusted them to represent, advocate and serve them, do it!!
