Water Supply in Kampala restored after power interruptions as NWSC moves to stabilize water scarcity in Kisaasi- Kyanja areas

After weekend of power interruptions which affected Ggaba water works hindering water production and supply schedules to the Kampala service area, the situation is stable now. 
National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) said Power was restored and water production resumed.

In regard to water supply in Kyanja, Kulambiro, Kisaasi, Komamboga, parts of Bukoto and the surrounding areas, Kasangati, Kanyanya and the surrounding areas, the national water body is doing their best to saturate the networks with water and serve customers in the shortest time possible.
“We humbly request for your patience as we work to stabilise the network and serve you and please bare with us as we implement a couple of system recovery measures to have  normal water supplies in the areas.  We regret the inconvenience,” NWSC said.
