64% of Kampala City residents have rated condition of garbage services positive in their area. This was during a poll quiz organized Government Citizen Interaction Centre (GCIC).
In the feedback, 4% voted it excellent, 30% good, 30% fairy good totaling to 64% of Kampala City residents who thinks garbage services is positive. 36% of the residents put it a poor state.
In response KCCA said they have a plan of installing three major plants of recycling, composting and waste energy very soon.
