#UgandaDecides2021: Byaruhanga Didas Kaginda launches his master plan for Ruhinda South

As 2021 General elections draw closer, contestants are underway seeking for support from their constituents.

And one of them is Mr. Byaruhanga Didas Kaginda who is contesting for the Parliamentary seat of the newly created Ruhinda South Constituency in Mitooma District.

The Forbes Enterprises Ltd Managing Director today launched his grand master plan that will enable him win the seat.

He launched it this Friday in Kiwatule Kampala after he was officially nominated earlier in the week.

“Today has been a successful day, I have launched my master plan for Ruhinda South for 2021/2026, looking forward to serving the people of Ruhinda South. Empitirizo Esha Ekyebaziira,” Didas Kaginda said after the launch.

He has promised to transform Ruhinda South and Mitooma District as a whole into a model area if he is elected into 11th Parliament.
