City activist and Mali Group of Companies owner Frank Gashumba, has praised her daughter Sheila Gashumba for her fast rising television career.

Sheila who started at the age of 9 at WBS then to NTV and has today started hosting ‘The Beat’ after she was promoted from NTV Uganda’s T-Nation teen’s programme this year.

As if this is not enough, Sheila is set to cover Channel O 2014 music awards on 29th November in South Africa and then Big Brother Africa the next day on behalf of NTV Uganda. The sky is the limit for Sheila. Below is her dad’s post.

They said this day will never come. From WBS Tv at the age of 9 to NTV hosting T-Nation and Starting today Monday 10th November Sheila will be joining Douglas and Dave Dash on The Beat live show on NTV. This show will change the Television industry in Uganda
From 5pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.
