Stay fit and healthy, Frank Gashumba advises Ugandans

Economic and social activist who doubles as an inspirational speaker, Frank Gashumba, has called on Ugandans to exercise regularly so as to stay fit.

“Stay fit, work out and be on yourself in as far as your bodies are concerned,” he said.

He said on his social media as he did a 60 minute non-stop…Run, Push, Laugh, Train, Jump, Sweat….Love at his home.

He said there in a need for Ugandans to live healthy and responsibly.
