International Hair Brand Opens Shop in Uganda
You know an economy is hastily growing when big international business brands set up in your country. Such is the case for Uganda at the moment. International hair brand, Zuri Luxury Hair recently opened shop in Kampala. The shop was launched at a low-key invite-only cocktail shindig at the address of their new shop at Kisementi, Crane Tower Basement.
The shindig was attended by socialites and fashion enthusiasts of the country. Notable among them were Judith Heard (famed for high sense of style and her ability to stay in the spotlight for many years) and Boss Mtoto alias Williams Bugeme among other celebrities.
The Zuri Luxury Hair shop, owned by Gisela van Houcke and Nadege Muhindo is the first and only branch in Uganda.

“We want to bring to Uganda what celebrities across Europe experience. The kind of knowledge and cosmetology that every classy woman will want to associate with. The type that sets you apart from the crowd,” relayed Nadege Muhindo at the function.

The Zuri Luxury Hairshop, according to the many speeches given on the launch day, will be a one stop shop for women’s beauty. The shop is a brand for luxurious hair imported from different parts of the world, make-up and top notch cosmetics, according to the owners Gisela van Houcke and Nadege Muhindo.
