Pictorial moments as Angella Katatumba is appointed the face of Uganda Cancer Institute

Last Friday during the Launch of the Cancer Awareness Magazine under the theme “Awamu Join the Cancer Fight” at Victoria Hall, Sheraton Hotel, Angella Katatumba was appointed the face of Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI).

UCI’s Director Dr. Jackson Orem together with Professor Fred Okuku also of Uganda Cancer Institute at Mulago confirmed Angella’s appointment after critically observing her ‘Mulago Yaffe’ project, previous donations and commitment to the betterment of Mulago Hospital.

H.E. Dr Boney Katatumba Pakistan Envoy in Uganda and father of Angella who is also Patron of Angella Katatumba Development Foundation and Angella’s mother Gertrude Katatumba also attended the function.
