NWSC to build a museum

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) is set to build a national museum, we can confirm.

The NWSC Board Chairman Prof Dr. Eng Badru. M. Kiggundu has today broken ground for the NWSC museum.

The facility will house NWSC historical information and equipment since 1972.

This will include the evolution of pumps since then, treatment plants, piping system and other machinery/equipment.

Meanwhile to mark World Engineering Day in Uganda, NWSC engineers have recognized NWSC MD , Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha, Director Engineering Services Eng Alex Gisagara and Deputy Managing Director Technical services Eng Johnson Amayo for their exemplary leadership plus mentoring skills.

The trio have over 20 years of experience in the engineering field.
