NWSC installs automatic weather station

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has installed a new automatic weather station at Lubigi Sewerage Treatment Plant to enable the corporation understand the variances in waste stabilization pond performance.  

“Check out the new Automatic weather station that has been installed at Lubigi Sewerage Treatment Plant. The station will enable the corporation understand the variances in waste stabilization pond performance and assess the global effects of climate change on water resources,” NWSC posted.

In other news, National Water and Sewerage Corporation has embarked on an aggressive program code named SCAP 100 that is aimed at 100 percent service coverage in all towns and villages in the country by the 2020 in a bid to fulfill its mandate of clean, safe water for all.

While appearing on UBC Radio West this week, NWSC MD Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha shared NWSC service delivery plans for the people of Uganda and revealed that the corporation is on course to deliver to the people of Uganda.
