NWSC in massive customer outreach campaign

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) staff led by the Deputy Managing Director Board Affairs and corporation Secretary Dr. Edith Kateete and the Kampala water General Manager Eng Mahmood Lutaaya today led an exercise of checking on customer service levels in a massive customer connect session.

The team recorded customer feedback for better service delivery in the city.


The activity has attracted all Kampala water staff who addressed customer concerns on spot.


The activity will be held once every month with an aim of improving service delivery levels.
