Nana Weber reaches out to malnourished teenager parents
Socialite Nana Weber through her charity arm Nana Weber Foundation has reached out to teenager parents who gave birth to twins.

The twin father, 15-year-old, and the 16-year-old mother are currently admitted in the hospital due to malnutrition.
Nana Weber donated a number of items and cash to help the teenager parents in these tough times. The donations is of basic needs to help in their daily usage.
“Thank you Nana Weber for the big heart, today we reached out to the family of the kids you all saw in the news, the mom is 16 and the dad is 15 years. They gave birth to twins but thy are not in good condition. Nana may God continue blessing you more and more,” Nansubuga wrote.
