The State Minister for Sports Hon. Peter Ogwang has congratulated Uganda Cranes for the big win against Congo Brazzavile on Monday evening at Namboole. The Minister went on to praise Ugandans for cheering the national in big numbers at home turf.
“A big performance from Uganda Cranes against Congo this evening. A well deserved 2-0 victory. Thank you Ugandans for turning up in numbers to support the boys. Congratulations lads,” Hon. Peter Ogwang tweeted after the game on Monday.
He called on Ugandans to keep filling Namboole and cheering the national team. “Sports unites us all, it makes us speak one language,” he added.
