East Africa and Uganda’s finest singer Jose Chameleone will never forget the weekend that has passed. The singer was the main performer at the new NRM Secretary General, Hon. Justine Kasule Lumumba’s thanksgiving ceremony that was held at Bugiri district head quarters on Sunday.

Sources say the singer was paid millions of shillings to perform. Chameleone also got the chance to meet President Yoweri Museveni again and this could boost his chances of earning big in the forthcoming NRM campaigns for 2016 general elections.
Hon. Kasule Lumumba formerly the Government Chief Whip was recently approved by the NEC following the nomination by the CEC. She takes over from Hon. Amama Mbabazi.
