Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) Secretary General, Hon. Twalla Fadil, has sent special appreciation to Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa for always being handy and an inspiration to the young people whenever an opportunity comes up.
Hon. Twalla said his presence at Kabwohe for the Ankole Cup final last weekend was valuable and inspiring adding that a few leaders of his caliber can offer such time. Hon. Fadil said he as special envoy of General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, as PLU they are proud of him.
