Hajjat Hanifah Karadi calls on government to reduce power tariffs

Maama Kawempe North Hajjat Hanifah Karadi has called on the government to reduce power tariffs.

She has requested the government to cut electricity tariffs now that UEDCL is taking over so that many Ugandans are able to use power for businesses that will help improve household income which is the base of Improved GDP ( Domestic Economy).

The Kawempe North MP hopeful has a point and once the power is cut, there will be increased production.

Hajjat Hanifah Karadi is set to contest for the Kawempe North MP seat in 2026.
