The Minister for ICT Hon. Frank Kagyigyi Tumwebaze yesterday held a meeting with US ambassador to Uganda H.E Deborah R. Malac where they discussed effective communication and ICT innovations. The two countries will work together on the improvement of ICT and communications.
“I had a good meeting today with H.E Deborah R. Malac an American diplomat and serves as the United States Ambassador to Uganda. We discussed issues of effective communication & ICT innovations,” Frank said.
Ambassador Malac was nominated by President Barack Obama and was confirmed by the Senate Nov. 19, 2015. She previously served as United States Ambassador to Liberia.
