‘Feedback from our customers helps us to improve and do better’ – NWSC MD

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director Eng Dr. Silver Mugisha has said feedback from their customers helps them to improve and do better.
The MD said this while receiving two awards that NWSC won 2 lats week.
The water body was awarded with the Best Customer Service Award and Best Government Institution on Social Media in the Digital Impact Awards Africa 2021.
“We are humbled by the vote of confidence from you our dear customers and commit to continuous innovation and service delivery improvement. Our customers are at the heart of our operations. Everything we do, is for the good of our customers. Please forgive us when fall short, we do our best to address all concerns we get. We believe in Water For All for a Delighted Customer By a Delighted Workforce,” Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha- NWSC Managing Director said.
