National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director Eng Dr. Silver Mugisha has said feedback from their customers helps them to improve and do better.
The MD said this while receiving two awards that NWSC won 2 lats week.
The water body was awarded with the Best Customer Service Award and Best Government Institution on Social Media in the Digital Impact Awards Africa 2021.

Everything we do, is for the good of our customers. Please forgive us when fall short, we do our best to address all concerns we get.
