Busoga Tourism and Heritage Ministry launches Kagulu Rock Climbing Challenge 2024
The Busoga Kingdom Minister of Tourism and Heritage, Hon. Hellen Namutamba, held a press conference at the Kingdom Headquarters on Tuesday to announce the annual Kagulu Rock Climbing Challenge 2024.
The challenge which attracts thousands and thousands of tourism enthusiasts across the globe is set for 17th August 2024.
The chief climber will be the Kyabazinga of Busoga, His Majesty Isebantu William Wilberforce Kadhumbula Gabula Nadiope IV and the Kingdom is honored to have the 1st Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of East Africa Rt. Hon Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga as the guest of honor.
Before the climbing day, the kingdom will have an array of exciting activities lined up, including a Boot Camp, Cultural Tourism Expo, and Health Camp.
On the eve of the Challenge day, there will be a grand finale of Miss Tourism Busoga 2024 on the Friday night 16th August, 2024.
The Kagulu Rock Climbing Challenge is a fun filled event not to be missed.
