Africell rewards first winners in the One Billion

Africell Uganda earlier this week threw a mini bash for part of the 100 winners that have been winning 500,000 on a weekly basis in their One Billion-One Person promotion where one lucky winner will walk away with One Billion shillings at the grand draw on the 17th of December 2016 at Nakivubo Stadium.

The winners who are also in the draw to win One Billion Shillings were treated to a mini bash.

Africell staff from the different departments were also given a chance at winning money in a random draw that saw 10 winners walk away with one million shillings each.

Africell Commercial Director Milad Khairallah said this is the start of a series of promotions that the giant telecom is lining to reward its subscribers in the coming months. Milad said “We are happy with the response of our subscribers and promise that we will continue to innovate and churn out services that will be of value for their communication needs. We already have free night calls from midnight to 6am every day for everybody on Africell and now we are giving away cash backs to our subscribers including One Billion Shillings for one lucky subscriber”

The night was crowned with a performance from Sheebah Karungi who serenaded the crowd with her latest hits. Sheebah is Africell’s Brand Ambassador.
