Hon. Roland Ndyomugyenyi Bish, an independent candidate for Rukiga County MP seat 2026 is seen again as the perfect man to lead the county into the 12th Parliament. Hon. Roland who is the area’s current MP has been one of the most vibrant and one for the highest performing legislators in the 11th Parliament both on the floor and on the ground. He has been instrumental in building infrastructure in the area especially roads which have eased transport in the area.
He has tackled the issue of health by supporting them to improve service for the communities as well as hosting health camps. Hon. Bish has supported agriculture especially through providing millions of Hass ovacado seeds for commercial purposes.
He has also been instrumental in supporting education through donating ICT equipment and scholastic materials to all schools in Rukiga, his Bish Education Trust Fund sponsors students from poor families. He has also supported religion through funding construction of churches and mosques in the area. And because of his good deeds for his people, he has been nicknamed ‘Bish The Fixer’.
