Kawempe North MP seat hopeful in 2026, Hajjat Hanifah Karadi, was among the VIPs muslims who attended State House Iftar Dinner yesterday.
Hajjat Hanifah Karadi aka Maama Kawempe who recently contested for Kawempe North MP seat By Election, confirmed recently that she will contest again in next year’s General Elections for the same post.
She was seen sharing a light moment with Her Excellency, the Vice President Jessica Alupo, as the dinner went on. The two were also heard discussing how to tackle issues affecting the ruling NRM Party.
The Iftar Dinner at State House yesterday was hosted by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Karadi’s campaign team is already on the ground mobilizing for support ahead of 2026.
