Work at the New Nile Bridge Jinja progressing on well 

The work at the New Nile Bridge in Jinja is progressing on well as a milestone is reached. Latest has it has it that the Inverted Y pylons have finally ‘married’ to support stay cables for the New Nile Bridge in Jinja, the first of its kind in East Africa.

Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has said the work at the bridge is progressing on well and on course. The new bridge will use the proposed and set to begin Kampala – Jinja Expressway.
