Uganda’s Entertainment Industry has a new entrant and her name is Brenda Vishonera Nampijja known by her stage name as Pretty Brandy.
She kicked off her singing career earlier this year with a song titled ‘I Have No Tym’. “I have released my first song titled ‘I have No Tym’ and I am working on another one titled ‘Ride’ which coming out soon,” Brandy said.
Pretty who doubles as an actress has promised to do her best in the competitive entertainment (music) industry. “To be on top you have to topple those who have been there and I am confident I will do it one time,” she said.
The upcoming star said she was inspired by Sheebah Karungi and Cindy Sanyu in Uganda and Cynthia Morgan, Nick Minaj and Rihanna to sing. The 21-year old who is set to join campus this year at Cavendish University loves dancehall music. “I love dancehall music so that’s why i really want to do dancehall myself,” Brandy said.
