Titus Tugume accuses NCS of frustrating him as he touches down at Los Angeles Airport
The kick boxer has heaped praises on Bryan White Foundation boss Bryan White
World Kickboxing champion and UPDF Kick Boxer Titus Tugume has accused officials from National Council of Sports (NCS) of blocking him from meeting the president.
After being frustrated by the officials of the National Council of Sports to meet H.E the President, World Kickboxing champion/Medalist Sergeant Titus Tugume is in Los Angeles, California, USA to participate in the world kickboxing competition.
Whereas other medalist winners have met and dinned with H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Titus Tugume who recently won two Gold medals and silver Medal has not yet met the President because of some unpatriotic officials from the National Council of Sports.
Despite the frustration, all is not lost for the boxer as Youth activist and Bryan White Foundation boss, Bryan White has stepped to help the sportsman achieve his dreams by paying $5000 for his entire trip. The foundation has fully paid for his trip to the event with bonus upkeep.
Tugume will this Saturday and Sunday fight at Golden State Warriors West Coast Martial Arts Championship to be held in Los Angeles, California USA. He was invited by World Kickboxing Federation.

Bryan White has assured the kick boxer that he will make sure he meets the president very soon. Tugume has heaped praises on Bryan White for the good heart of supporting the talent.
