The Future is Female!!! The Next generation of female leaders unveiled (Part 1)

The 12th Parliament has been graced by young female promising leaders who are likely to be leading infuential women in the near future and are likely to play a big part in the next generation of female leaders in the country. They have the qualities and their work rates drive things forward for them. Below we sample some of these ladies who are likely to become the next generation of female leaders (Part 1).

Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda
The new Mbarara City Woman MP has already demonstrated her capacity to rule for years. She is a go getter who knows what she wants and what her people need.

Dubbed Mbarara’s shining star, Hon. Kibaaju is what Mbarara City needed. She will surely restore the lost glory of Mbarara City and this will give her edge in the future leadership in the area.

Hon. Mafabi Asha Nabulo
The new Sironko District Woman MP is what every district in Uganda would wish to have as their Member of Parliament. In the last five years even she was not an MP or had the mandate, Hon. Mafabi demonstrated her capacity and capabilities of how a real leader should be for the people they are representing.

She is the real deal for both Sironko and the entire country. Her willingness to empower people financially makes the real deal.

Hon. Desire Muhooza
The new State Minister for Fisheries and new Kiboga District Woman MP is another young strong leader we have in the 12th Parliament evident on what she has so far done for the people of Kiboga.

Recently, the Speaker Rt. Hon. Jacob Marksons Oboth Oboth said Kiboga District people made the right choice to elect her and with such comments you know what the future holds for her. Also being a member of the First Family adds to her already rich CV.

Hon. Diana Mutasingwa
Diana Nankunda Mutasingwa Kagyenyi is Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President. She is Buikwe District Woman MP and her leadership qualities are already known.

Her eagerness to serve her people and the country speaks volume of a long term leader in her.

The new Sheema District Woman MP is one of the new forces to reckon with in the leadership.

After the claiming the Sheema seat against well experienced and strong women, Hon. Adrine is not looking back. She will be here for some good years.

She is truly becoming a role model and one of the most Influential young female politicians who will be here for some good years.

Hon. Lenia Charity
The Vurra County in Arua District Member of Parliament one of the youngest members of 12th Parliament shows how capable she is. Such a young lady to win a seat which has been a male dominance for years demonstrates her qualities to do well in the next generation of female leaders.

She is also doubles as an advocate for Girl’s and Women’s rights which makes her even more stronger regarding female leadership.

Hon. Justine Nameere Nsubuuga
The new State Minister for Local Government and Masaka City Woman MP is a real fighter when it comes to leadership. Having been praised by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for her stand against corruption and exposing culprits, Hon. Nameere is headed for a long leadership journey.

She is already doing well for her people back in Masaka a few months into the office.
