Police in Kabowa have recovered a stolen child who was reported missing on 09.11.2019 by the father Setumba Douglas.
Tanizi Ssegawa aged three months, male juvenile was stolen by one Shamirah Namubiru alias Charity aged 18 years.
It’s alleged that she pretended to be helping the mother carry the child and later disappeared.
She was arrested today together with her boyfriend whom it’s alleged she had convinced to believe that the child belonged to him. The child was recovered in Nalumunye Jomayi estates.
