Celebrated media personality, the CEO of SoftPower Communications, who also doubles as the President of the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU), Sarah Kagingo, looked glamorous as she presented USPA awards on Friday at Imperial Royale Hotel.
Sarah who recently won Exceptional Social Media Tourism Promoter award of the year during Ekkula Tourism Awards 2019 was among the lucky individuals who presented the awards to the winners at the annual event.
She looked stunning for the event and you could easily mistake her to some sort of a Hollywood star.
