

King Michael wins Dancehall Artiste of the Year in Hi School awards ahead of concert
Ragga star Michael Mugwanya aka King Michael has been voted the Dancehall artiste of the year 2019 ahead of his concert.
The Dancehall Crew president will hold his concert in August at Freedom City. And as he gears up to the big do, the talented musician has been recognized for his efforts in dancehall music.
Over the weekend, the star was unanimously voted the dancehall general at the Hi School awards that took place at Sky Beach at Freedom City.
Michael beat other dancehall artistes to the big award and promised his fans a memorable concert in August. The singer recently released his new album and has seen his songs enjoy sound rotation on various
radio and television stations.
The singer took to social media to thank his fans. He wrote: “ARD WORK PAYS. THANKS TO U ALL MY DANCEHALL FANS AND TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE
DANCEHALL CREW FOR YO VOTES FINALLY WE HAV MADE IT IN .HI SCHOOL AWARDS. WITH GOD NOTHIN IS IMPOSSIBLE ..IN DANCEHALL WE LEAD. 23rd August freedom city …..”
Michael is also set to travel to South Africa this coming Easter for shows.
