Phiona scoops The Microfinance Support Centre Ltd award

Phiona Aheebwa, our Front Desk Officer at The Microfinance Support Centre Ltd (MSC) has scooped the Employee of the Year Award at the just concluded End of Financial Year Activities.

“Fifi, as we call her at office, joined MSC in 2012 as an intern, after which she volunteered until 2015, when she was hired as Front Desk Officer.

Hers is a story of resilience and determination. She knew what she wanted and it did not matter if three years is what it took for her to attain her dream job.

She is the face of Head Office – a professional in customer care. She takes all the heat from the clients with a warm smile and is always eager for new ways to serve MSC’s clients better. Fifi loves her job. Her passion for treating customers’ right beams naturally from her. It is no wonder she scooped this coveted award. Well done Phionah!!,” MSC official statement said.
