Upcoming Rwandan female singer is trending after releasing a smashing hit titled ‘Tora Kagame’ to lure voters to vote for President Paul Kagame in Rwanda’s presidential elections on Friday this week.
The song talks about Rwanda 2017 Presidential Elections and where Kagame has got Rwanda from. The song was sung by Mimi Carine Bazabagira.
“To me the ‘Vote Kagame’ song is an artistic profile I wanted to churn out but more importantly a prayer to commit President Kagame into hands of God for continuity,” Mimi said.
On why she sang the song in support of Paul Kagame, Mimi who is also known as Intore Intore Mimi and doubles as an Artist and Fashion said she is proud to be a Rwandese. “I survived 1994 Rwanda Genocide and i know what I saw and gone through. 23 years on, we have seen a change of Rwanda with our own eyes, we came from far.
