The new term of office for the Members of the 12th Parliament starts in May. Today we continue to highlight for you the female Members of Parliament who are likely to perform better.
Hon. Justine Nameere Nsubuga
She is the new Woman Member of Parliament for Masaka City and with her humanitarian, eagerness and dedication to work for the people, Masaka could not have chosen any better person.

Masaka City people will not regret why they elected Hon. Justine Nameere. She has fought hard to take the seat and she will truly deliver to the people of Masaka.

Hon. Betty Ethel Naluyima
The queen of Wakiso District is back for her second term under National Unity Platform (NUP) party. The reasons why she retained her seat for the giant Wakiso District is because she delivers and this term she is predicted to even do better.

Hon. Ninsiima Evelyn Kikafunda
This independent MP defeated the incumbent and a flag bearer in Rubanda District Woman MP seat race. She is the director of Girl empowerment project and through this project, many young girls have benefited.

With this and much more to come from her, she likely to do well for Rubanda than many think. She recently started giving people solars in Rubanda district, a sign of better performance already.
Hon Everline Tete
She is the new Member of Parliament elect for Bukwo District. She is seen as the new hope for the district and many have predicted her to perform better.

Hon. Dr. Alinaitwe Sylvia
The former Deputy Managing Director of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) is the new Rukiga District Woman MP elect after unseating the incumbent Hon. Caroline Kamusiime Muhwezi.

The people of Rukiga have trust in her after a tremendous work exhibited before that has left almost every village changed. She is a champion in what she called “Akabox”from where she invested Sh.800000 to every village in the district and she also put solar lamp at every village in the whole district. People have hoped for more than that and the signs are clear and positive.

Hon. Wembabazi Beatrice
She is the Woman MP elect for Hoima District who is likely to perform highly. She ousted Hon. Busiinge Harriet, the incumbent.

Many in Hoima have predicted Harriet to perform much better than the previous MP.
Hon. Ababiku Jesca
She is the District Woman MP elect for Adjumani. With her dedication and work hard, she has been predicted to perform excellently in the 12th Parliament like she did in the 11th Parliament.

Hon. Dr. Lakisa Mercy Faith
The Woman Member of Parliament for Alebtong District has also exhibited very promising qualities for Alebtong and besides she is very young.

The 28- year old is seen as the new hope for the people of Alebtong. She is set to perform better.
Hon Ruth Rujoki
She is the new District Woman MP elect for Kiruhura District who is also likely to perform well better than the incumbent Hon. Jovanice Rwenduru who she defeated.

Her dedication to work for the people is unquestionable.
Hon. Milly Babirye Babalanda
The Member of Parliament for Budiope West Constituency in Buyende District is another candidate who is like to perform well in the 12th Parliament. She is also serving as the Minister for the Presidency and a member of the NRM party.

Hon. Babalanda is known for her strong leadership, mobilization skills, and commitment to community development, especially supporting education and youth in her constituency. Because of her dedication and active service to the people, many believe she is one of the female MPs who are likely to perform even better in the 12th Parliament.
Hon. Akoth Angella
She is the District Woman MP for Toronto after defeating Hon Achieng Sarah Opendi who served for three terms.

Angella has been doing good for her community and working hard to see that people skilled to create their own jobs.
Hon. Mujungu Jennifer Kafeza
After representing Ntoroko District in the 9th Parliament, she is back. She has done a lot for the people of Ntoroko district including supplying a lot of seedlings to the Farmers. She has supported women SACCOs in the district, supplied books and pens to all the schools in the district.

She gave sewing machines ( Tailoring machines) to women and youth in the district. After winning with a difference of 1416 votes, many have high hopes in her to perform better for Ntoroko District.
Hon. Nyakato Asinanas
She is the new Hoima City Woman MP on PPF party ticket. She is a very promising politician who many see as someone who is going to perform excellently in the 12th Parliament.

Hon. Joanne Aniku Okia
She is the District Woman MP for Madi Okollo District . After winning her second term, she is expected to do much better in her second term. Her dedication to service delivery is unquestionable.

Hon. Sarah Itungu Masereka Baleke
The new Kasese District Woman MP elect is no stranger to doing good for the people. Her community work speaks volumes of her capacity to do better.

She has done a lot for Kasese people most especially the youth and more is yet to come. She will definitely do better.
Hon. Loydah Kyarikunda Twinomujuni
She is the new Mbarara District Woman MP elect after defeating the incumbent in January. She has been instrumental in community work for the people of Mbarara helping out on different developmental projects.

Hon. Rose Mutoonyi Masaba
The Bubulo West Constituency in Manafwa District MP who lost on the flag bearer and won on an independent ticket is still people’s favorite because of her good deeds. She is likely to continue doing well for her constituency both in and outside Parliament.
