Observe discipline, Hon Thomas Tayebwa tells graduates
Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has called on graduates to observe discipline if they are to succeed in life.
The Art Hon. made the call while officiating at the 12th graduation ceremony of Uganda Technical College in Bushenyi.
He said observing discipline is part of wisdom and very crucial for success.
