The management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC)- Soroti regrets to inform its valued customers and the general public that the current water supply interruption is due to a power outage affecting water production and supply schedules to Soroti City.
Affected areas include; Soroti city, Serere, Amuria, Kaberamaido, Kalaki, and the surrounding areas.
NWSC management is closely working with a team from UEDCL to restore water in the shortest time possible.
Customers are therefore advised to use the available water sparingly during this downtime.
All inconveniences are highly regretted.
