The Management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) wishes to inform its valued customers and the general public that the current water supply interruption in Kampala Metropolitan Service Area is due to a power outage affecting water production and supply schedules at Ggaba Water Treatment Plant.
They are closely working with a team from UEDCL to address this challenge in the shortest time possible.
Subsequently, water supply to the majority of our customers in the Kampala City Metropolitan Service Area has been affected.
Customers are therefore advised to use the available water sparingly during this downtime.
All inconveniences are highly regretted.
