There was shock in Namugongo and Najjera as National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) today nabbed 30 homes in illegal water connection crack down.
The water body has been carrying a crackdown of illegal water usage in areas of Ntinda, Najjera, Namugongo and surroundings. This saw them nab over 30 homes with illegal water connection.
“Today, we nabbed over 30 homes with illegal water connections in Najjera-Namugongo. Customers who steal water deny many deserving Ugandans a right to clean safe water. Say no to illegal water theft. #BlowTheWhistle,” a message from NWSC read. Here are some of the pictures from today’s operation.
