On Friday, National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director Eng. Dr. Silver Mugisha graced the Kampala Metropolitan Rotary Club fellowship at Mackinnon suites Kampala.
Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha discussed the Water and sanitation situation in Metropolitan Kampala with the Rotarians.
He further on shared opportunities and challenges in Service delivery, Innovations that have shaped NWSC accelerate service delivery, brief about NWSC and scope of works, The water supply and Sanitation situation in Metropolitan Kampala (What is NWSC doing?), Services to the poor (Pro-poor initiatives), Asset management and Intelligent network systems, The Corporation’s plans towards Water Wise cities/Towns, NWSC achievements and planned, ongoing and completed infrastructure service delivery projects to better the lives of our people among many others.
After a powerful presentation, the Rotarians applauded NWSC MD for the commitment towards service delivery and being a different breed of leader.
He answered questions from the floor noting down concerns and compliments from the water body’s customers.
