NWSC MD addresses Balkan Conference

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC)Managing Director (MD), Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha who doubles as the Vice president of the International Water Association made a keynote address and opening remarks at the official opening of the Annual Balkans joint conference and Exhibition in Tirana Albania yesterday.

NWSC is sharing Best utility management models with other utilities in the world.

Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha also moderated the plenary session one: Addressing the Water Sector Work Force Gap-Avoidable Crisis.

This was in response to an invitation from fellow C.E.O Eng Philip D Giantris, the Executive Director Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania.

The conference brings together water and sanitation sector heads from Albania, Kosovo and other Balkan states. Knowledge sharing with other utilities helps NWSC To benchmark and improve services delivery in Uganda.
