Today National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) launched a “Customer First’ initiative with an aim of delighting it’s customers.
The water body gave back to its dear customers in Kitagata hospital and wished them a quick recovery.
The campaign is in line with the corporation’s strategic direction, mission, vision and the catch phrase “Water for all for a delighted customer by a delighted workforce.
NWSC staff are being encouraged to adopt a ‘service after the meter’ policy which will urge them to serve the customer beyond delivering a bill, water or sewerage services in their homes.
During the campaign, NWSC staff shall wash customer tanks, extend water and sewerage services, fix customer reports in real time and other initiatives aimed at serving our customers better. #WeCare #Tufaayo
